Özet
Pharmacy bachelor's with famous roots — the medieval Schola Medica Salernitana (Salerno's 9th-century medical school) is considered the first organised medical institution in Europe. UNISA's pharmacy department maintains this heritage in pharmaceutical botany (Mediterranean medicinal plants from Cilento), pharmacognosy, and drug formulation research, with labs at the Salerno University Hospital.
