Özet
Civil engineering bachelor's with frontier research in seismically vulnerable environments: Calabria is Italy's most seismically active region (1908 Messina earthquake, 9.0 magnitude, remains among Europe's worst disasters). UNICAL's seismic engineering lab conducts shake-table experiments for masonry and RC building retrofitting, feeding into Italy's National Resilience Plan (PNRR) building safety programme.
